Here is some General Information regarding the upcoming ORT on November 8, 2014.

 

The location is 12200 W. 52nd Ave, Wheatridge, CO. Times for registration and Handler briefings will be sent out with confirmation e-mails.

 

Cost is $20/dog/odor.

  

All dogs participating in the ORT must be registered with the NACSW™. All handlers must also be members of the NACSW™. Membership and registration are available at: http://nacsw.net/nacswmembership.html. Membership and Registration must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the ORT to allow for processing time.

 

An ORT must be taken and passed at least 14 days before a trial opening date to be eligible for the first draw period.

 

Score books are optional and are not required to participate in an ORT. They are for personal record keeping. If you have lost a scorebook and would like a replacement, you can request a replacement book that will include all your prior NACSW results. Log in to your account at: http://www.nacsw.net and under the "My Account" section, go to "My Dogs" and choose the option to order a replacement score book there. The cost is $20.

 

Depending on the number of registrations, we may assign time slots to minimize wait time. 

Pre-payment is required.  Checks must be made payable to: Paws 4 Thought DT, LLC and mailed with your registration form to 1715 Lashley St., Longmont, CO 80504. Registrations will NOT be accepted without payment.  A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing (email is fine) before November 1, 2014.

 

Registration and payment is also available on the registration form on this web site starting Monday October 13, 2014 at 8 AM. 

 

ORT participants are allowed to have a friend or family member video/photograph their test. ORT participants are not allowed to video/photograph one another. ORT hosts are not obligated to provide someone to video/photograph.
